1. Copyright Status
The Marketing Minded AI Knowledge Architecture (MM-AIKA) is a fully original, proprietary framework protected under international copyright law. This includes the structure, naming conventions, hierarchy, methodology, operational logic and semantic design.
Protection applies under:
- Berne Convention (179 countries)
- WIPO Copyright Treaty
- EU Copyright Directive
- Belgian Auteursrechtenwetgeving
2. What Is Protected?
The following elements of MM-AIKA are copyrighted:
- The layer-based architecture
- Terminology and naming (e.g., AI-Manifest Layer, AI-Index Layer, Semantic Knowledge Layer, Persona Layer)
- File conventions (llms-*, ai-*, persona-*, entities-*)
- The hierarchical and semantic structure
- The extraction logic and AI-readiness methodology
- The conceptual blueprint (flow, dependencies, logic)
3. Restrictions
No individual or company may reproduce, copy, adapt, commercialize or implement the MM-AIKA framework—fully or partially—without prior written consent from Marketing Minded.
Prohibited actions include:
- Using MM-AIKA templates, file structures or layer names
- Publishing the framework under another brand
- Selling or sublicensing the methodology
- Deriving “similar frameworks” based on MM-AIKA structure
4. Licensing
Third parties must obtain a written license to apply MM-AIKA commercially. Unauthorized use may trigger:
- Financial compensation
- Licensing fees
- Legal injunctions
- Forced removal of derivative work
5. Intent and Declaration
MM-AIKA is published as an official global technical standard for AI-ready brand architecture. This document serves as the legal foundation acknowledging authorship, originality and worldwide copyright protection.
